This fantastic Windsor Island resort home has an incredible floor plan. You will enter into an open downstairs floor plan with well equipped kitchen, quartz counter tops, all stainless steel appliances , large Island with seating and a great view out the patio door to the covered lanai and large pool area with screened backyard to keep out the Florida bugs. Also in this open concept area is a Dining area and spacious living room with comfortable seating and large TV.

You will find a downstairs large king master suite its own ensuite bath. There is even a patio door from the master to walk out to the covered lanai and pool.
You will also find a spacious laundry room downstairs with full size washer and dryer.

Upstairs you will be greeted as you walk up the stairs to a large lounge area with huge flat screen TV, seating area, and a great place to watch your favorite movie.

You will find 4 more bedrooms upstairs and this floorplan provides an ensuite bath for each bedroom. There is another King master suite upstairs with bath.
