You will enter the inviting foyer of this home and find a queen bedroom with bath outside the room on the first floor. Walk into the open concept living area with beautiful fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops with center island with seating. This looks over the living and dining area with sectional seating, large screen smart tv and dining room with seating. All this looking out the large patio doors to the covered lanai and pool area with large deck for soaking up the Florida Sun.

Head upstairs to the lounge area with queen sofa sleeper, 2 Tvs to play your favorite video games and an arcade game for hours of fun. There is a full size washer and dryer up here as well.
