Welcome to our Spacious like new Solterra Resort Townhome only minutes from Disney, Universal, Seaworld and lots of Shopping and Restaurants. This wonderful Family holiday home sleeps 9 guests.

This amazing 4 bedroom 3.5 bath townhouse has its very own plunge pool and backs onto conservation area behind for perfect privacy and beautiful view. The main floor has a king bedroom with a bath just outside the room. The spacious open concept main floor living area is perfect for the family to gather and enjoy their stay. The kitchen opens up to the living and dining area and overlooks the beautiful pool area with covered lanai and screen enclosure. There is even a half bath out under the lanai for the pool area.

Upstairs you will find a king master suite with walk in closet and full bath. You will also find the two other bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the other with a twin over full bunk bed. These two rooms share a full bath. There is also a laundry room upstairs.

Solterra Resort offers great amenities and something for everyone.
