Enter into this large open concept main floor through an inviting foyer and find a huge well equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and fully equipped to make your holiday meal. The large kitchen island has extra seating to enjoy a meal or snack in addition to the dining room with seating as well. This all looks out over to the living room area with comfortable seating, large smart TV and another area behid with a poker table for hours of fun.

This all looks out the large patio doors to the huge covered lanai with dining table and seating and overlooks the large inviting pool and spill over spa. Please inquire about adding pool/spa heat and BBQ grill to your reservation. Note. Pool heat is required in order to heat the spill over spa.

There is a large master king bedroom on the main floor with ensuite bath with walk in shower, tub and even a door to the patio/pool area.

Head on upstairs to the massive second floor to be greeted by the large lounge area with a second living room area with huge movie screen and projector, Foosball table and even a desk/chair for those needing to get a little work done.

There are 8 bedrooms on this second floor as well.
