You enter this beautiful home and are welcomed with an open concept main floor living area with well equipped kitchen complete with stainless appliances, hard surface countertops, and everything you need to cook and eat your favorite meal while on holiday. This overlooks the Dining area and living room with comfortable seating and large screen TV. Look out the patio doors to the covered lanai that overlooks the beautiful pool and spill over spa. ( ask about adding pool/spa heat). The outside area is screened to protect from bugs and the covered lanai has a table and chairs for outdoor dining. There is a King master suite downstairs with ensuite bath including walk in shower as well as large soaker tub. There is a door to the pool area from this bath.

Head upstairs to find a large lounge area with another seating area with TV as well as pool table and even an office desk and chair for those that need to get a bit of work done while on holiday.
