You will find a dining table outside as well as lounge chairs to enjoy the Florida sun by the pool in the screened in pool lanai area.

You will find the master suite with King bed and ensuite bath with tub as well as walk in shower and a door out to the pool. There is also a half bath on the main floor.

Head upstairs to the large lounge area which gives a second living area space with more seating and large screen TV. You will find a second master suite upstairs again with tub and walk in shower. 3 queen bedrooms round out this home and 2 additional baths for these rooms to share. One of those baths have privilege doors from 2 bedrooms to share and the 3rd bath is right outside the bedroom.

This home is situated in the beautiful Solterra Resort with great amenities and something for everyone.
