Welcome to this Brand new Solterra Resort 5 bedroom 4.5 Bath Luxurious Pool home. This home has been professionally furnished and completed and now ready for rentals. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.

You enter this very spacious open floor plan to an inviting foyer and hall leading to the open concept kitchen, living and dining area. You have a beautiful well equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless appliances and stocked with everything you need to cook and eat your favorite meal. Enjoy this open area with a spacious living room area with huge sectional and large screen Tv. Behind this is the dining room with plenty of seating and patio doors leading the the covered lanai and large inviting pool with spill over spa. You can eat your meal under the covered lanai enjoying the Florida warmth.

You have a King master suite downstairs with walk in shower and also a tub. You also have a door to access the covered lanai and pool area right from your Mater Suite.

Upstairs you will be greeted with a very large loft area complete with foosball table, huge seating area and large smart TV to watch your favorite movie.

You will also find 4 further bedrooms starting with another King Master suite. You will also find a queen suite with its own bath and also two kids rooms, one with a beach theme and twin over full bunk bed and another room with 2 twin beds.
