Welcome to Dreams Happen, a Luxurious 9 bedroom Retreat home in the fantastic resort community of Championsgate.

This home has just been completely renovated and professionally decorated and is sure to impress. The location is ideal on a corner lot with lots of space, no rear neighbors and conveniently located close to the Oasis community clubhouse and golf course as well.

Once you enter you may never want to leave. You enter the home into the spacious open floor plan main floor with well equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counter tops and everything you need to cook your favorite holiday meal. Just off the kitchen is a great coffee bar with Keurig and regular coffee maker to start your day. This area overlooks the open concept modern living room with comfortable seating and large screen 70 inch TV and modern Dining area.

Step out the patio doors to the covered lanai area overlooking the screened in pool with spill over spa. The lanai includes a lounge area, outside dining area and even a Ping Pong table for outside enjoyment. Sit out side and watch the 55 inch Wall mounted outside TV.

Enjoy some time in the Air conditioned garage Theater room with 10 comfy movie chairs, huge 120 Inch screen, bean bag chairs for the kids, a Microwave to make some popcorn and even a TV screen and wii console to play video games as well.

Two wonderfully decorated King bedrooms are downstairs, one Master Suite with a tropical Escape theme and its own ensuite bath and even a door out to the patio and pool area. Enjoy the 55 inch TV to watch your favorite movie before bed. The other Bedroom has a king bed, 55 inch TV with Modern theming and a bath just outside the room and a privilege door access from the bedroom.

Head upstairs to eh spacious second floor to a further 7 bedroom each with its own theme. You enter the upstairs with a lounge gaming area with with Pool table and lounge seating. The 7 bedrooms upstairs are as follows and all include TV with apple box for viewing enjoyment.

The Oasis Club has a lazy river, an over-sized "quiet" pool, a splash pool for the kids, even a water slide! You can enjoy some adult time at the Tiki bar, or a family meal at the restaurant inside the club. Resort also has a state-of-the-art gym, a yoga room, media center, theater room, DVD rentals, sand volleyball, and so much more!
