Welcome to Paradise. This Brand new 12 bedroom Resort has just finished being professionally furnished and is now ready to host our first guests. New professional photos can now be seen here on this listing. This house is truly amazing.
This amazing home consists of 9 king bedrooms and three kids themed rooms all with Full/Full bunk beds. The three themed rooms consist of Avengers, Mickey and Friends and Star wars. Your kids will be amazed and excited to stay in these rooms.
Downstairs you will find an inviting foyer walking into the open concept large fully equipped kitchen, dining area and spacious living room with large screen tv. Step out the large patio doors to the inviting covered lanai looking into the screened in patio area with pool and spill over spa. Dine outside under the covered lanai and enjoy the Florida warmth and sun. No rear neighbors for more privacy.
You will find 4 King bedrooms downstairs.
Upstairs you will find 8 further bedrooms, 5 adult king rooms and the 3 kids themed bedrooms. You will be greeted when you walk up the stairs with a huge lounge area with games room and TV area. You will find a pool table, Air Hockey, Shuffleboard and an XBOX with gaming Chairs. Plenty of things for everyone.
You will even find a full size washer and dryer both downstairs and upstairs.
Downstairs you will find your very own Theater room to watch your favorite movie in comfortable theater seating and large screen. You will not want to leave.
